Sec. Sebelius’ resignation won’t change the outcome for the millions of Americans who lost their health care coverage and now are paying for a more expensive plan that often does not include the doctors of their choice. No matter who you put in charge of administering this program, it is is destined to fail. Obamacare is irreconcilably flawed and until we get rid of it and replace it with common-sense, market-based reforms, costs will continue to rise and the American people will continue to suffer.
