Second Saturday Cafe` in Republic THIS weekend. ROAST PRIME RIB au JUS $20.00 (Seasoned and crispy outside, tender, pink & juicy inside.) SMOKED BABY BACK PORK RIBS $14.00 (Meaty ribs, dry rubbed and smoked out back; tender and juicy.) CREOLE SHRIMP PLATTER $14.00 (Grilled shrimp skewers w/ bowl of flavor-full shrimp creole on loaded grits! T die for! ) Each entree comes with our Tossed Salad and Garlic Bread, plus our side buffet of Boiled, Buttered Baby Red Potatoes, Mac n Cheese Casserole, Vegetables; a dessert, beverage and the tax, all included! (Kids half price, BTW) Doors open at 6PM; we serve till 8PM. RESERVATIONS are necessary, so please let us know before NOON on Saturday if you plan to attend, PLUS, how many diners, and which entree each is having.
