Second opinion.... Mr Jones was successful in life good job plenty of money and a handsome eligible bachelor.But He suffered a nagging headache. Went to his GP found no relief went to specialists did all possible investigations took all sorts of medicines but still had the nagging pain . Finally he fixed an appointment with a famous Neuro surgeon . The NS examined him top to bottom and said... I have to perform a surgery on you... A particular nerve is getting irritated causing this agony so a neurectony has to be done.. Jones agrees. The NS told him that by this surgery his HA will be cured but the neurectomy would bring errectile dysfunction. Jones was shattered. The pain of HA on one side.... Unable to perform with his girl friends on another side... He after much pondering almost decided to consent for the neurectomy.... And left home.On the way he thought any way my life will be topsy turvy from now... Better make a good appearance... Went to a posh garment shop. The shopkeeper was an old man in his 70s. Jones. I want a costly shirt Size 17. Tailor. Yes sir but 16 would fit you. Jones. No all these years I am wearing 17. Tailor insisted and gave 16. Jones tried it and found it a perfect fit. How did you know that he asked. Been in the business for 50 yes sir. Now 34 size trouser please... Yes sir but u need 36 for a comfortable fit... No all these years....... But...... Tried 36 found it comfortable.... How did u ...... Been in the ...50yrs.... As Jones was about to leave he noticed a new kind of briefs very costly.... I will have one size 36. No sir take 38.... No all these years....... Been in the bussiness for 50 years 38 will be comfortable sir if you wear 36 your balls will be pressed very much to your coccyx and you will have a terrible headache..!!!
