Secretariat transforming into a burial ground Hyderabad: State CPI secretary Dr K. Narayana here on Sunday said the Congress government in the State has achieved dubious distinction of transforming the State Secretariat as burial ground. Speaking to the media here, the CPI leader charged the Congress-led UPA government with creating explosive atmosphere in both the Telangana and Seemandhra regions by systematically delaying bifurcation of the State. Stating that the APNGOs organized “Save Andhra Pradesh” on September7 in the Lal Bahadur Stadium demanding that the State be kept in tact, the CPI leader said the peaceful conduct of the meeting was a good omen for division of the State. He also said the talk of holding another Million March in Hyderabad by some political leaders was not good. He made it clear that his party always clings to its decisions on any subject
