Please note: If you are an ‘At Risk’ NHS employee you must state this clearly at the top of the Additional Information section on your application form. ************************************************************************************************* Support Secetary SUPPORT SECRETARY Band 3 Full Time 37.5 hours Fixed Term until 31st January 2016 We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Support Secretary to join our CAMHS Single Point of Access/Primary Mental Health team. The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive secretarial and clerical support to the Team. The successful candidate will be required to possess good communication skills, in order to liaise on a daily basis with a wide range of staff both internal and external to take messages, reception duties, deal with enquiries and pass on information. This includes both written and verbal communication in the form of letters, memos, emails, faxes, telephone calls and face-to-face contact. Some of this communication requires independent judgement, for example determining if passing on information is appropriate in terms of confidentiality. The successful applicant must have: • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • GCSE C or above in English & Mathematics • RSA II typing/word processing or equivalent • Previous experience of working within an office environment • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
