Section 131 of the 1999 Constitution states A person shall be qualified for election to the office of the President if - (a) he is a citizen of Nigeria by birth; (b) he has attained the age of forty years; (c) he is a member of a political party and is sponsored by that political party; and (d) he has been educated up to at least School Certificate level or its equivalent. Though there was no specification about the necessity of the certificate as a proof. I think Buhari has no issue. However, the general (if possible) should talk to Nigerians about this. If he doesnt want to show Nigerians, the PDP should go to court and satisfy themselves. Enough of all this jor. Lets sha vote Jonathan out next month...Lets give Nigeria the best valentine gift - HOPE by casting our votes for General Muhammadu Buhari
