Section 93 of the Constitution (1996) provides that the President can appoint Deputy Ministers from the National Assembly and can also dismiss them. Presidend Jacob Zoomer appointed Honourable Pieter Mulder the leader of the Freedom Front Plus party as the Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries; dont actually whether Mulder is still the Deputy Minister. According to the Constitution, Zoomer can dismiss Mulder at anytime, naht juz that, Deputy Ministers do naht form of the Cabinet. They work hard to polish the Ministers name, juz like Mulder did for the ANC; food security.
