Security Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2014. Parliament advertised for - TopicsExpress

Security Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2014. Parliament advertised for three days of public participation and only did one day; yesterday only. What happens to the people who wanted to give their views during the two days cut off in discussing this Bill? Public participation is mandatory under article 118b of the constitution and 127(3) of the national assembly standing orders. As a member of ODM and CORD, and on behalf of the people of Suna East constituency, Migori County, I oppose this Bill in its entirety.
