Secy Clinton is the consummate politician, and a decent statesman to boot. Of that first faculty, her critique is carefully stated as failure to help build up a credible fighting force... No mistake, it is a way to describe the reality that reliably identifing the good Muslims, let alone delivering support, were and remain beyond the capabilities of the graft-driven, sub-contracted, unaccountable intelligence community engineered by Cheney. Given that, her latter plaint is actually farce, its imprint specious... She would have provided exactly the same NOTHING and that is highly laudable: Its crucial, in fact. It is well-past time to STOP the cycle of US meddling and arming and funding of OUR CHOICES for foreign countries... and changing our minds, and doing it all over. Coming to a full stop is going to hurt; its going to hurt abroad and its going to hurt at home (or in the Caymans...)
