See! I can be very nice! Received: Hi...I adopted Dog just over a week ago and just got back from a vet visit...I need to discuss some serious mis representations that were conveyed to me before adopting. All that would have been obvious at a vet exam...Not least of all the fact that he was said to be 1 to 2 years old and my vet said he was at the very least 6 !!! His medical issues reflect this fact too. I am EXTREMELY upset and need someone to text or email me asap before I take this further. Responded: Sadly, we go with what the vet who examines our foster pets says. We are not able to make any guarantees- which is stated on the contract you signed. We are loathe to even guess at breeds as we have had people irate about DNA tests telling them otherwise. He was examined by a vet and as we are not vets, we cannot make medical diagnoses or claims that are not stated by the vet who examines. We do offer the month of free insurance on adopted dogs- which we encourage all adopters to take advantage of. That is all we can do. If you decide you want to return him, please let us know and we will honor our contract. Sincerely, Allie I am nice. Just not a doormat for viscous ness. :)
