See below for player ratings: Simon Mignolet 7/10 - Made one peculiar decision to punch a ball rather than catch that nearly led to a goal, but had very little to do in the first half as Liverpool ran riot. Great save from an Arteta free kick later in the game. Flanagan 7.5/10 - One great overlapping run that forced the Arsenal keeper into a decent save, and made some great passes forward. Seems to be a real talent whether hes playing at left or right back. Aly Cissokho 7/10 - Dealt with Oxlade- Chamberlain well, causing the youngster to drift inside to get on the ball. Flashed a shot wide with the last effort of the day. Martin Skrtel 9.5/10 - What a game from the Slovakian. Two outstanding headed goals in the first 10 minutes, as well as some wonderful defensive work. Will be disappointed at conceding a goal as he gave an almost flawless performance in both defence and attack. Kolo Toure 7/10 - Would have enjoyed this win over his old team, and experienced an easy game in defence against a side shell-shocked by Liverpool. Should have scored from Suarezs rebounded effort. Steven Gerard 8.5/10 - Two outstanding deliveries for Martin Skrtels goals, and had a brilliant game dropping deep in the midfield. His best game yet in that deeper role, and proved that like Rodgers said earlier in the season, it could end up being his position moving forward. Sloppy challenge on Oxlade-Chamberl ain for the penalty. Withdrawn late on. Jordan Henderson 8/10 - A determined and intense performance, not letting the Arsenal midfield settle on the ball at all. Has much of the midfield energy that starts their counter attacks. Tackled Ozil, and then set the team forward for Sterlings goal. Chipped just wide following a brilliant Coutinho run. Booked for a foul on Wilshere. Phillipe Coutinho 8.5/10 - Was full of tricks and flair that only grew as the game went on. A great ball for Sturridges goal. Made one breathtaking run in the second half that set up Henderson for a chipped effort. Displayed outstanding work rate as well, impressive for such a creative player. Raheem Sterling 9.5/10 #MOTM - Scared the life out of the Arsenal defence with his pace, and scored Liverpools third after a superb cross from Suarez. His second again relied on his speed, as he beat the offside trap, and on another day he could have had three or four. A fantastic show, that just nudges him ahead of Skrtel and Suarez for man of the match. Luis Suarez 9.5/10 - Suarez was on fire again today, full of spectacular flicks and supreme confidence. Hit the post with a ridiculous shot from a corner some 25 yards out, and set up Sterlngs strike with a great cross. Nearly caught Szczesny out with another outrageous free-kick, and deserved a goal for his play. Outstanding. Daniel Sturridge 8.5/10 - Shot at Szczesny from distance in the first few minutes, but then missed a gilt-edged chance after a wonderful flick from Suarez, chipping just wide. Brilliant run and finish for Liverpools fourth and a constant threat. Withdrawn for Joe Allen with 25 minutes left. Substitutes - Joe Allen 66 6/10 - Took to the field for Daniel Sturridge with the game well won. Sat deeper as Arsenal enjoyed a bit more possession. Jordan Ibe 76 6/10 - Came on for Steven Gerrard late on for his second Premier League appearance though had little chance to get involved. Had one shot that flew over in the last few minutes.
