See how mental the world can be os.care2/all/fish-and-diabetes#1 We all know there is more than just fish in a diet, what about the mederteranien diet, what about those from arctic climates who eat nothing but fish and fat, they dont get diabetes until the change to a western diet, we cant really really on research to give us a clear picture of what we need to help diabetes. More over we are individuals the group of specified people tell us little! You have to ask who was paid for the research and why?
