See... now that it all comes into focus... My ex wife has repeatedly and fraudulently filed documents... It is not a hysterical one time action... certainly this could be understood. However from attempting to implicate coworkers at the hospital in Punxsutawney in the filing of false police reports to the filing of a false claims with CYS in the endeavor of defrauding a Federal Custody Transfer... to the filing of this completely an intentionally fraud filled affidavit for protection the plaintiff has shown beyond any doubt that this is a course of action she chooses to use in the effort to defraud the Commonwealth. Not only is she responsible for these vexatious and malicious attacks on the defendant she is single handedly responsible for more than ten fraudulent actions by abusing four children and a resident of this state... I am asking that this plaintiff be held for the filing of false affidavits and that she be held to the maximum penalties and the fullest extent of the law. I am also asking this court to take the victimized children into custody for their own protections and transition the children back into my custody with the assistance of Jefferson County Children and Youth Services. I am asking this to protect the victimized children.
