Seems I hv ruffled a few feathers in the swimming camp with my post the other day, commending a specific swimmer on his astounding times at the regionals the past weekend. Apparently some of the parents demand an apology for referring to the rival academy as an opposition... to ME? Lol, I dnt hv an opposition in swimming numskulls, I was referring to opposition within YOUR club, WE compete agnst each other all the tym in our academy, pitting groups against each other and guess what, even if we belong to the same team we still regard the rival team an OPPOSITION! That is what competition is all about! Its done in a very healthy and respectful way to feed off each other and extract the best out of each other! U guys obviously knw very little about coaching terminology and competitive psychology, so if u saw the ugliness in that statement it was purely due to sour grapes! So those demanding an apology and removal of my post, lol, u guys obviously dont know me that well! Come approach me on a personal capacity if u want to get personal and I will gladly show u the error of ur arrogant ways. And those who dont like me for speaking out what I feel and wanna tk a chance at donnering me, take ur number in a queue of 227 ppl before u hehehe...
