All you see is a picture of someone showing of their body, you dont see the hours of work put into their workouts, the blood they bleed when they lift heavy weights, the decisions to grab a quick Mac Donalds or spend hours on meal prep, the time they choose to spend in they gym, the lack of sleep they get because of early morning and late night sessions and the sheer determination and discipline it takes to change and be better!! So before you judge someones selfie think of the hard work and effort that goes into their mind and body, its so much easier to be lazy!! #entitledtoshowoff
