★☆★ Segmen Aduan ★☆★ TO THE MANAGEMENT OF ***y M*b*l**Y LAMBAK. attention.. this will be the last ever I went to ur shop anywhere in brunei... a few days before went there to pick up my hp that was repaired there . Coz for some reason I cant switch on the hp. Ur technican said its juz need to be formatted and have to wait 1 hour. Because of busyness I told ur staff will pick up next day... but after two days they col me up.. said the hp was ok... bcoz of busyness after a week I come collect my hp... no power at all. Bateri drain... ur technican charge for me... while I switch on da hp n cek.. happy the hp was ok.. Went home and charge the hp whole night... the next day put my sim kad and downloaded few app.. facebook. Whatsapp and bibd online.. through playstore.. after downloading these 3 app.. chck them. And on progress of downloading another app. My hp blackout.. emmm ok lh. Try switch on again success... but the app I download was gone so does the playstore..... what happen.. coz I needed the phone.. I use another alternative to download the apps.. yup It was working... only temporary... next day gone again. Install again.. fuhhhh juz imagine how much of my dst topup gone.. so I give up... went to ur store yesterday.. to complain and ask. What happen.... brought the last few day resit with me.. what make me surprise.. 1. No warranty.. 2. Have to pay another 15 dollars. I paid the repair 30 already. N it was not yet fully repaired. 3. Ur technican said it was my fault becoz myb I accidently press the wrong button... excuse me... been using my hp for years. N am capable of using any phone without accidently pressing the wrong button.. HELLO IM NOT A KIDS. Bring to 1 famous hp shop in gdg. Explain to them. Show the receipts to them.. they sincerely assist me without charging anything n juz do it not reaching 10min.. while ur technican ask me to wait for 1hour n another repair cost for 15 dollar. HAVE HEARD STORIES ABOUT SOMETHING LIKE THIS IN FB AND SOMEWHERE.. BUT NEVER WANT TO BELIEVE IT.. NOW ITS HAPPEN TO ME. THIS WILL MY LAST VISIT O SHOPPING IN UR SHOP ALL THIS TIME HAVE BEEN SUPPORTING UR SHOP. PLEASE BE SINCERE IN DOING UR BUSINESS OR STARTS LOSE UR CUSTOMER... the end.
