Responsibilities: • Responsible for meeting and exceeding given deposit and loan marketing target. • To provide overall leadership, supervision and direction to the marketing unit. • Build and develop new products and review old products with emphasis on their general acceptance in the marketplace whilst at the same time adding profitably to the bottom-line of the company. • Ensure that the average cost of funds will always be within the threshold as determined and advised by executive management. • Help foster and engender a culture of discipline, diligence and productivity across the marketing segment. • Plan and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the marketing segment. • Generate, capture and deliver other Income generating opportunities for the Company. • Win two major NGO partnership businesses in relation to poverty alleviation programs in Nigeria. Qualifications and Requirements: • University graduate with not less than 2:2 with at least 4-6 years of marketing experience • Strong Marketing experience in customer acquisition and retention. • Have a sound understanding of credit analysis and processes. • Good interpersonal skills and influencing skill • Basic knowledge of banking product and service. • Have excellent relationship management skill. • Able to plan well and document details to a high standard, have attention to detail and possesses logical thought processes • Thrives on hard work and able to communicate enthusiasm to team members and colleagues • Should not be more than 40 years.
