Sekati Kemmonye Sekati wrote Weeks before the election, i did put up a post where i announced by sudden retirement in active polititcs! I did that for the interest of the party i love, the party, like many out there, i grew in! Today, Seretse Khama Ian Khama has taken the BDP to court, he has dragged other parties along in our mess, the voting of both the VP and the Speaker remains our business, the BDP business! This is based on the fact we have the majority and could easily put our guy up! The failure by BDP and Ian Khama to have a proper succession plan is holding the whole country in ransom, this cannot be allowed! As i announce my return to active politics, i call on the BDP, the people whose blood is red, not those that want the countries riches, to stand up and show Ian Khama that his actions will make people like us, who want to be in his seat one day, face resistance from majority of Batswana, i know you hate politics Sir, this is easy, allow those that LOVE Politics and the BDP to MOVE BOTSWANA FORWARD! I call the BDP to pass a MOTION OF NO CONFIDENCE on Ian Khama, he cannot take us to court! I am doing this deliberately, knowing very well that i might be putting my future and that of my family in danger, maybe that is what we need, maybe we need people who are ready to go hungry so that their kids find this country the way we did ourselves! I have a brain, i refuse to think with my stomach, I refuse to be blackmailed! If i die, i ask my friends and brothers to look after my wife and kids, Letsogile Matseke and Emmanuel Bushula! This is a road i chose to take, i cud easily leave politics and walk into any financial institution and get a good paying job, i wont do that, that will be a safe and easier way for now!
