Self care for Sustainable Success! Warriors.... Your tendency is to push push push. Your tendency is to ignore yourself and everything around you. Your tendency is to put your head down and charge forward recklessly. If you dont use wisdom and remain present in each moment you all too often end up taking 2 steps forward and 3 steps back. Some of the ways that you tend to take Yourself out of the game are: -Getting Injured -Getting Sick -Burning Out -Getting Distracted -Creating Drama Etc. Best practices for staying in the game and at the same time continually expanding your capacity to play at higher and higher levels is to LISTEN. -Listen to inspiration through meditation. -Listen to your body -Listen to your inner child -Listen to the feminine nurturing side of yourself. Be aware of the voices in your head that would have you get soft and weak.... And Be aware of the voices in your head that would push you too far and take you out of the game. The key is in having a healthy relationship with yourself so that you know the difference between the two. Some guidelines to assist your journey: -Focus on not competing with others but on simply improving yourself. -Focus on small gains consistently vs big gains periodically. -Focus on loving yourself fully and doing what you do because you love yourself vs. So that you will love yourself. -Listen to the whisper/feather tickle vs waiting for the brick to the head or even worse the Mack truck. -Meditate -Get Massages Regularly -Deliberately breathe deeply often -Scan your body to identify any contracted areas and get curious about what they are telling you. -Take a bath -Take plenty of space from work and others to create quality quiet time with yourself. Everything that happens in your world is feedback about how you are showing up so stop blaming God, Satan, Life and Others. Listen and adjust accordingly to create your best life possible.
