Start off by writing down your traits, beginning with the surface ones, the ones that are clear and obvious to you. Now write down the ones you may think are deeper, and so on and so forth. Make branches out of them all, and connect inter-related traits to each other, or to what motivates them. If you introspect 24/7 on the things you do and say, and what their underlying motivations may be, youll get this down faster. Afterwards you can track down the deepest, most obscure hints about you, and even find out what hidden strength/flaw motivates your reasoning and major life goals.
