Semi-transparent needlefish? As I was standing on the Eagle Point wallboard, I noticed how many fish, crabs and needlefish were swimming below! And some of those needlefish seem to be quite long indeed! Here are 3 different angle views of a specimen. What interested me was the skin texture of the main body, seems almost transparent, showing some pink inner flesh, but the tail and head have the outer skin layer and pigmentation.
