In any case, would refrain from joining the bandwagon of cursing and announcing the death of brazilian football or latin american football for that matter. Its a stretegical error combined with non-functioning defence and not as big a deal. True that it happened in world-cup semifinal for the host nation, the defeat would haunt the Barzilians and their supporters all over the world; but if you take the occasion away, we see this kind of results these days quite often in champions league, epl or bundesliga; and if you dont want to go too far back, in this WC between Holland and Spain. The late goal conceded by Boateng could be something that Dr. Jogi would be concerned of. Remember, there woudlnt be 7 goals advantage in the final. Otherwise germans were superb today in all departments. In time to come people would remember this as golden era of german football.
