Sen. Richard M. Burr, R-N.C., the new chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, wants the Obama administration to return all copies of the committees investigation into torture that was done when Sen. Diane Feinstein, D-Ca., chaired the committee. Burr says the report never should have been released, that it is a partisan effort to discredit the CIA and the Bush administration.
