Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) made an appearance on Fox News Sunday on Jan 26, 2013. Speaking with host Chris Wallace, McConnell stated that the Republicans will once again try to use the debt limit as a hostage to get what they want. McConnell: What I’m saying is we ought to attach something significant for the country to the President’s request to increase the debt ceiling. The Keystone Pipeline is a good example of something that would create jobs for the American people. He didnt mention the Koch Brothers, or the fact that the XL Pipeline is an EXPORT PIPELINE that is likely to raise our gas prices.
