Senator Oroho thinks students who attend charter schools should be allowed to participate in team sports at their local public school. Perhaps the charter school could return a portion of the money that the public school is forced to pay the charter. Otherwise, the charter could use the taxpayer dollars that they receive from the school district to start their own athletic programs. How I see it, the public school is being asked to pay twice.
