Senator Saraki didnt embarrass President Jonathan - Kwara APC. The Kwara State chapter of All Progressives Congress, APC, as dismissed the acclaimed President-General of Orisun Igbomina, Mr Gbenga Awoyales allegation that Senator Bukola Saraki embarrassed President Goodluck Jonathan through a newspaper interview as an uninformed allegation from an illiterate. The press statement release by Mr Gbenga Awoyale has been drawn to our attention. In the press statement, he made many spurious allegations and also alleged that Senator Bukola Saraki embarrassed President Goodluck Jonathan through a newpaper interview. This is an uninformed allegation from an illiterate. The truth is that Senator Bukola Saraki never embarrassed President Goodluck Jonathan in the interview he granted. He only challenged the Federal Government to live up to the expectations of kwarans as there is no federal project in the State. For Mr Awoyale to tag this patriotic call as an embarrassment on Mr President shows that he has poor understanding of issues and a half-educated person. Mr Awoyale also said kwarans deserve explanation from the State government on the management of SURE-P funds. This is ignorance taken too far. The SURE-P is a federal government program and there is no project in the name of SURE-P in kwara State. Mr Awoyale should direct the question to the federal government. Senator Bukola Saraki made Mr Awoyale from nobody to somebody. Though, he is at liberty to challenge his benefactor but such challenge should be factual and done in good faith. However, Mr Awoyale can not pretend to be speaking for the people of Igbomina, the people of Igbomina are aware that the federal government has failed the people of kwara State, hence their support for the Governor Ahmed Abdulfatais administration and the APC.
