Sending a BIG SHOUT OUT to my Kingdom Harvest BibleWay Church family...we had an awesome weekend, starting with the road trip up to Refuge Temple Church in Burlington to worship/fellowship with our friend/brother Cj Hoyle, the Bishop Reginald Davis and First Lady Charity Davis. We had an awesome time in the Lord, as one of our young people received the Holy Ghost with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues and another one was so close...on Saturday, KHBC hosted its annual Back 2 School Bash with the COMMUNITY (people of all races) being served with school supplies, hair cuts, clothes, and food. It was a beautiful site to see! I would personally like to thank Shaquana Cohens Woolfolk, Tameeka Barnes, and Ethelyn Greene for the sandwiches and snacks for the road trip and Jackie Woolfolk for driving the church van on Friday night. Long night but it was oh so worth it!!! In addition to Shaquana and Tameeka, I would also like to thank my lovely and supportive wife Temeka Wilson, Jennifer Adams, Bob Adams, Jacque Nash, Elisha Greene, Deja TheBoss Norman, Adrienne Spann, and Sis. Bridgette Adams for both planning and executing such a tremendous outreach effort. I would also like to thank all of the countless members of KHBC & KHBC Youth Department who donated food and school supplies, as well as worked the event on yesterday. Last but certainly not least, I would like to share my appreciation for my Pastor Stanley Pettice and First Lady Rita Pettice for granting us, as young people, space and opportunity to do what we do and how we do it! It is truly amazing what the people of God can do when we come together WITH (as Elder David Hollis Jr. instructed on Friday night) one accord! I apologize if I unintentionally omitted anyone, but know that I love you and count it a privilege to serve the people of God. To God be the Glory for the things He is doing at KHBC!!!
