Markets and sells the company outsourcing services to potential clients; meets with clients to orient them with all the services provided, and to establish requirements 2. Develops and maintains healthy pipeline of forecasted and actual sales 3. Generates leads within the criteria of the potential clients; and transferring them into sales opportunities 4. Preparing formal proposals 5. Up-selling to Existing Clients 6. Instantly respond to any client request or inquiry by telephone, mail, and letters 7. Attend meetings with clients to present offered services and market the needs for clients for such services 8. Reports sales activities on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis 9. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties and assignments Job Specification: 1. Education: University graduate, sales or marketing diploma will be an asset 2. Previous work experience: 3-5 Years 3. Special knowledge, skills & Abilities: Experience in selling Business Solutions or Outsourcing Services Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Advanced direct sales skills. Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals. Ability to analyze event requests. Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures. Ability to set priorities.
