Senior HR Executive (Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam) As a global leader in material handling solutions, we have earned a reputation for exceptional product design, engineering and manufacturing of its award-winning line of products Job Description • To manage the full spectrum of human resources including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee and industrial relation, training and development and payroll administration • Involves in the employee’s performance appraisal process and other personnel administration works • Responsible for all monthly payroll functions and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory reports such as EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax • Preparation of HR reports • Plan, coordinate and organize training programs • Handle all HR related matters and undertake tasks as and when assigned by the management • Staff strength approx 80 (3 branches) Requirement • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent • At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position • Full-Time position available • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam • Able to start work immediately • Working hours: 0830 – 0545 (Mon – Fri only) • Experienced HR Personnel who can be independent • Reporting to Commercial Manager • Able to pay up to RM 4500 + + • Send in your updated CV: andy.khoo@adecco
