Senior RMN Job Reference - VAC-14265 Job Title - RMN and Senior RMN Location - Redhill, Surrey Salary - Up to £28k per annum Hours - Full Time including day and night shifts The Company My client is a purpose built, 52 bedded medium and low secure hospital situated near Gatwick Airport and treats patients with severe and enduring mental disorders with forensic histories. The Role To undertake and manage direct patient care, having participated fully in the assessment, planning and evaluation of care needs. Undertake the delivery of care, including individual and group sessions, to agreed quality standards as prescribed by internal procedures and health legislation. Experience and Qualifications You will have experience of working in a similar field either through your training or work experience. This role will form an important part of a multi-disciplinary team and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a good understanding of the care programme approach and risk assessment as well as knowledge of the Mental Health Act. You will be required to work flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends.
