Senior Recruitment Specialist Urgently Required for a growing Consulting & Outsourcing Company in Cairo. (Approach clients) -Attract new clients and Introduce them to the company service using a daily prospecting plan. -Act as main channel of communications between company and clients. -Fulfill their job requirement as per company policy and standards in a timely manner. -Screen and classify CVs for easy retrieval as and when needed. -Conducting Phone Interviews, face to face Interviews, developing assessments and recommendations for short listed candidates. -Conduct final interviews prior to clients’; evaluate candidates according to clients’ needs. -Handle recruitment processes starting from placing Job ads on various websites, Job Analysis, CVs search filtration & short-listing, interviews & head-hunting if necessary to allocate the right match. -Administer all kinds of approved tests (language, personality, IQ, professional and specialized tests) if needed. -Plan & draw interview schedules according to clients’ needs. -Updating the recruitment system to make searching for right candidates easier. -Following up with the clients and shortlisted candidates till the end of recruitment process. -Evaluate CVs collected from his/her subordinate(s) prior to client review. -Monitor and approve the daily activities and productivity of his/her subordinate(s). -Improve his/her subordinates’ skills level. -Assess performance and productivity of his/her subordinates periodically. -Report progress and targets achievement as and when required. Skills: * Selling Skills. * leadership. * High level verbal reading, writing and computer skills. * Can deal with different types of mindsets. *Effective Report Writing. *Committed with high ethical standards -Experience:3-5. -FLUENT spoken English language is a MUST. -Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint. -HRM diploma / certificate is a preferable.
