Senior Travel Consultant-HARARE $1200 - $1500 + commission Our client is seeking an experienced travel consultant to join this expanding tour operator, looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with real customer focus to join the friendly team. This is a great role where you can really leave your mark. The suitable candidate will have 2 afternoons of. Duties will include: Dealing with general enquiries via e-mail, telephone, live chat & social media Confirming reservations by telephone Resolving pre-departure customer service issues Checking web bookings/invoices made for accuracy and to ensure booked correctly General administration as required including amendments & cancellations.
