Senior journalist Nafe Kidwai Saheb is no more. Inna Lillahi wa inna ilaihi Rajioon. Nafe Kidwai Saheb, grandson of Maulana Majid Daryabadi, was an award winning journalist and a gifted writer who worked with several leading dailies. He was the cousin of Professor A. R. Kidwai Saheb, Director of Academic Staff College, younger brother of Professor Shafeh Kidwai of Dept of Journalism, AMU, and cousin of Saleem Kidwai Saheb, JNU. His funeral was in Lucknow, and was attended by several leading Muslims including Cabinet Minister Azam Khan. May Allah grant him maghfirat and bless all of the family members and friends with sabr-e-jameel. The death of such a talented and sincere journalist is a loss to the millat. — Mohammad Ghazali Khan
