Sent short and sweet complaint letter to kedai Sen Heng: I went to your branch in Alamanda Mall, Putrajaya, today at 5pm to reload my touch n go card. I approached the cashier. There were no other customers. The cashier did not greet or even looked up. She was doing some paperwork which was more important than her real job. I asked. "Sini boleh reload touch n go kan?". No answer. I asked again. The cashier replied in a loud and sarcastic tone, "Boleh boleh boleh boleh boleeeeeeeeh." I got my card reloaded but I am very angry with the uneducated service given by your front liner. From which jungle do you hire your monkeys? You should train your staff to communicate better. From what it seems your store is always empty compared to the other stores. And your staff is doing a good job chasing away those who come to buy.
