Sept 4, 2014 (8:00 AM to 8:30 AM) –QPPO PIO Staff under PSSupt Ronaldo Genaro Ylagan APD QPPO, Kuya Bong Rivera-Co Host, Mr Nico Pedro III with PCI Alexis Oliver Nava - Chief of Police from Catanauan MPS led the Qzn Pulis @ Ur Serbis radio program aired regularly from Monday to Friday at 92.7 Bay FM Lucena. COP announces that the local police focuses on the deployment of police in the streets for police visibility and some conducts patrol to increase police presence and deter criminal activities. PCI Nava made mention of the help/assistance from their local barangay who had helped them patrol on areas of convergence and at far flung areas. COP also reported a decrease in the recorded physical injuries attributed to vehicular accidents. COP added that most drivers without licenses were the ones always apprehended. PCI Nava is still waiting for the deputization of their local police from LTO to help LTO in their thrusts. Moreover, cop had reported their accomplishments on the recent surrender of a cal .38 and a cal .45, illegal gambling and arrest of wanted person. He added that the local community is very active in giving them information to new faces in the area. The program paved way for “Salisi” in the segment Modus Operandi and had announced QPPO’s Blue Hawk launching yesterday (September 3, 2014) aiming to reduce if not eliminate criminal activities perpetrated at the streets.
