September 08, 2007 Lt. Michael Dunkel et al – Plaintiff North Valley District, Santa Clarita Courthouse 23747 W. Valencia Blvd. Santa Clarita, California 91355 Re: You Sued Me Boy, Your Extortion “Taking” City Armed Forces, This is an inquiry about your advertisement, in which you advertize, verbatim: Just because you get Pulled Over, doesnt mean that you will be issued a citation. Each … stop is evaluated by the Deputy and a citation may or may not be issued. Usually a check of your past driving history coupled with the seriousness of the violation will help the Deputy determine if a citation is warranted. We understand that the costs involved with receiving a citation can be great, but the costs of a collision caused by unsafe driving would be much worse. This is not at all what happened to me. Directly related, can you point me to your owed Article 1 posting of all receipts of all revenues from this gunned hustle of yours? A regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time. The Rule of Article 1, Section 9. I have a ready to file federal complaint over your hostile, violent taking of money this way. You syndicate this perverse business without American Article III standing. You cite some VC code coming from a source that is not D.C., in direct violation: A) “The duty is to declare and enforce the rule of the supreme law.” B) “Your duty is to reject that of an inferior act of “PC or DV” legislation which,” transcending the Constitution is of no effect and binds no one.” I appreciate your reminder about driving safely. But you failed to claim that I was not driving safely. For clarity, your DMV misspelled my name nick name with all capital letters on that documentation. I’ve lost a lot of sleep over this, which is why I am up so late right now. I look forward to your explaining to me where I am mistaken about law here. Kind regards, Gary Joseph Bonas II scvsheriff/traffic.htm Adkins v. Children’s Hospital of District of Columbia, 261 U.S. 525, 544 (1923).
