September 1, 2014, in partnership with Dr. Lamar Vest, President of the Pentecostal Theological Seminary, we begin as directors of the Center for Pastor Excellence. The Center will develop strategies and coordinate efforts to train and equip pastors in the US and Canada. We will develop relationships and resources that support and encourage pastors. It is our goal to support existing, effective ongoing ministries and agencies already in this field. With Forwardleadership.org, we will coach and mentor pastors with an emphasis for new horizon leaders God is calling. We will resource and support state administrative bishops in both the US and Canada to assist with THEIR vision for peer resourcing and peer accountability, including but not limited to Pastoral Covenant Groups and catalyst training experiences. My wife, Shelley and I covet your prayers as we embark on this new chapter of our life and ministry together and pray God will grant us the grace to help others achieve their God-called mission.
