It cuts and cauterizes tissue so it results in less bleeding, less swelling and less pain. It essentially vaporizes the moisture in tissue with minimal lateral heat. This provides a very narrow beam of focused energy for an effective cutting tool with minimal to non-existent complications. The laser is virtually space age, allowing bloodless incisions!
