September 26, 1956...My earthly Father departed this life. I was 16 yrs of age. Five brothers, three sisters, and our Mom spent a shocking weekend, and several years past. That was 57 years ago today. We spent the last few hours of his life with him that morning, and had lunch..before he died. My Mom was 35 years of age, Dad was 43. Life, has gone on, the memory is still vivid, but shaded with time. I honor my FATHER AND MY MOM, products of an era when things were so simple. Now, they are both deceased, and in heaven...since Mom passed away on October 27, 2002..at age 82. I celebrate their lives..but mourn the interim years we have all lived. GOD, HAS BLESSED AND BEEN SO GOOD TO US AND THIS I ALSO CELEBRATE AND SAY THANKS TO GOD...A HUMBLE REMEMBRANCE.
