September 9, 1996...... This is the day that I joined the Navy, knowing that I was going to be giving 20 years of my life to serve my country. Im not going to lie, as much complaining I did, the navy taught me about life. The ups and downs and how to deal with them. The team work, the falling under authority, the leadership..... The navy was all I knew. I was born in the navy, I grew up in the navy, and when I was old enough.... I joined the navy. September 9, 2010....... This is the day that I was forced out of the navy. It was a sad day for me, I didnt know what I was going to do. All I knew was the military. I joined the army just so I could get my retirement, but the day before I left for boot camp, I got a phone call and for some reason that door was slammed shut. Now I really didnt know what to do..... I even almost joined the Marines..... Little did I know, God had plans for me all along. I started working at Lighthouse Fellowship Assembly of God Church as the minister of music and shortly after that became the youth pastor. September 9, 2011...... This is the day that I started going to T-SOM Tennessee School of Ministry AG and began working on becoming an ordained minister. Ordained.... this means that no matter what, no matter how hard it gets, how many people come against you, now matter what it takes..... I am not going to give up on the calling that God has placed on my life. September 9, 2014....... Today I get the honor to be a part of #TheHumanRight movement. Where every human has the right to know about Jesus. I am here to tell you about how awesome Jesus is. He has always had a plan for me..... even when I thought about giving up on Him.... He never gave up on me....When I thought all doors were closed, He opened new doors.... when I was at rock bottom, He lifted me up..... September 9th........ This is a special day for me and I cant wait to tell you guys in the future about all the wonderful things that God has done for me. #TheHumanRight #greaterthingsareyettocome #September9
