September States Meeting Starts Today - GUERNSEY Guernseys Chief Minister is going to update us on the States future plans this morning. Deputy Jonathan Le Tocq is expected to speak in the States about the Proposals for Transformation beyond 2014. Deputy Gavin St Pier, the Treasury & Resources Minister, is also due to give us an update on the States finances. Meanwhile, the somewhat controversial review of Guernseys Dairy Industry will be debated this week. While the Farmers Association has said its members support the report, the Milk Retailers Association said it had some concerns over the proposals.
