September is SUICIDE PREVENTION Month... THIS SONG COULD SAVE A LIFE...Please share this song to someone who is hurting... "Jesus wept." --John 11:35 ...the shortest Bible verse, yet powerful and clearly reflects His indescribable love and compassion for us & how He feels our pain and sorrow (shared by Pastor Rob)...With a voice full of passion and power, Donovan Afaisen sang "When I Cry" at the Candlelight Memorial Service...a brother who lost her sister from suicide singing "Lift Up Your Hands to God" brought tears to many...Roben singing "There is a Way" reminded us of our hope and salvation in Christ... It is SHOCKING and HEARTBREAKING to learn that Suicide is the 5th Leading Cause of Death on Guam...and have plagued among mostly our young people. The testimonies, inspirational messages, prayers and worship songs ministered deeply in our hearts during the service. We are grateful for Rainbows for All Children and Lifeworks organizing a memorable time that shows us that we have many who people in our island that care...Thank you Marie Halloran & Rainbows team for your love and compassion...May the Lord continue to strengthen you and give you all wisdom as you do the work to help families heal and save many more lives...as we all continue to fight for the Sanctity of Life...there is a way, truth, & life in Jesus...much love & prayers to the grieving families...
