September not only brings the end of winter to those of us south of the equator but it also brings with it the start of the Hands riding calendar for 2014/2015. Our first ride starts on the 15th of September with the HOW/Vision group where we will ride for five days covering 500kms from Udon Thani down to Home Hug. Finishing on the 19th of September there is barely time to clean the bikes and pump the tyres for our next ride which is the Family Business Australia ride leaving from Kanchanaburi on the 22nd of September arriving at Baan Tharn Namchai eight days and 800kms later. Last week a number of the riders from FBA received their jerseys at their annual conference in Adelaide. Both the FBA and HOW Vision ride are small intimate rides that both are off-shoots from our January rides and both bring huge rewards to the riders and equally huge change to the projects we support in Thailand. Without the riders and the support of their organisations a number of the projects we will undertake this year would not otherwise be possible. At Hands we put our hands together and thank the riders for their dedication and commitment and their family and friends who have supported them in their fundraising efforts.
