Serious question? Are all our road safety organisations totally - TopicsExpress

Serious question? Are all our road safety organisations totally compromised by corrupt conflicts of interest? Not a single one of them would formally support the National Funeral for the Unknown Victim of Traffic Violence when approached. Anybody got any figures on how much these organisations take in consulting fees from the organisations that they are supposed to be fighting on our behalf for safer streets? For example this weeks sickening joint press statement by Brake/ TfL? London has a strong history of making its roads safer for all ??!!!!! huh? Or the fact that when I approached LCC for help when Southwark banned all new segregated cycle lanes, they said Southwark was one of the best boroughs and gave me no help. Huh??!!! But LCC do have consulting work with the totally reprehensible Southwark Council. Does Living Streets nationally take sponsorship/consulting that leads to conflicts of interest? What do people think? Am I correct in thinking there is something rotten here? ta Donnachadh x londonist/2014/11/road-safety-week-starts-today.php
