Seriously California?! Lets make it illegal to encourage carpooling - thats a smart move California! Let me get this straight, some one develops a way for people to save money and reduce traffic and pollution and the number of cars on the road and California deems it illegal. This reminds me all too much of my experiences running a tutoring company in this state and their absurd employment laws.
