Seriously did Pittsburgh and surrounding areas import a bunch of tropical pansies that have never seen snow. I learned to drive in the snow in a rear wheel drive V8 Thunderbird and I do not remember the interstate creeping at 25 mph with cars freaking out with flashers all over the place. Cold weather driving tests should be mandatory on the east to weed all these crappy driversboff my roads and making me get home later.
