Seriously hate that we live in a society now a days that says you have to be rude in order to get good service. I dealt with it working at Cyprus Credit Union from people that thought if they yelled then our policy would change and I would get so frustrated with those people, but I know now why they thought that would work....just got off the phone with a customer service rep of a company that did one of those sneaky small print subscription things. I literally asked so nicely for a refund and she said it was policy that they cannot give a refund, well after yelling at them and threatening to just dispute the charge with visa apparently it really isnt policy and they are refunding. Glad to get my money back but I feel sick about how I handled it ugh.
