Seriously question for my soc/anthro homies: Is there such thing as White Studies? This isnt a WELL WHY CANT WE HAVE A WHITE HISTORY MONTH argument, and I dont want some EVERY MONTH IS WHITE HISTORY MONTH response. I genuinely want to know if there is any sort of attempt to look at White culture from an anthropological standpoint. Like, whats up with bonfires? And Seinfeld? FRIKIN PUMPKIN SPICE LATTES?! Do you know how helpful this kind of class would be to those of us who had a more urban/ethnic upbringing?
