Seriously unimpressed with the small animal vets! My dogs rabies vaccination was due in September and I missed the booster. Just noticed and rang to ask what is the best plan of action, only to be advised to call defra. I mean surely the vets can advice me if I will be able to take her abroad at Xmas if because they need to administer the vaccine. None of the nurses knew and didnt want to bother the vets. Customer service? Anyone????? Fuming and considering changing the vets.
