Review all the sales invoices to ensure accuracy and the replacing cases and record it on excel and Oracle. Follow up exchange spear parts from inventories through Oracle and ensure paid cases even in warranty or out of warranty. Review replacing actions in terms of transactions, model and approving. Change replacing items situations on Oracle even it (Return) or (Sales Order). Participate in inventories check of any branches and ensure goods through Oracle such as (treasury, inventory and custodies). Prepare different accounts to be used in the audit firm discussion.
